I was notified this morning by text that my lead service with Networx was reactivated. I want all the money that I have been charged refunded and then I don't want to ever be contacted by them again.I would leave my account number on this complaint, but it's not listed anywhere on my profile which was one of the reasons it was so difficult to cancel. Networx is a scam and uses deceptive trade practices. Every time they call I ask them to take me off their call list, and when I click unsubscribe on their emails it directs me to their website and tells me my account is inactive. I've received almost 70 emails from them so far this year. If I wasn't misled about the source of the leads I wouldn't have agreed, much less mentioned the lead service that they likely have never heard of.I was going to just move on, but they won't stop contacting me by phone and email. When I called the leads back and left voicemails or talked to the lead, I told them I got their contact info from their request through Networx. After I thought it had been cancelled they charged me an additional $422 on Januand I had to cancel my card to get it to stop.Networx caused confusion regarding the source of their services and led me to believe all my leads came directly from the Networx website, but I was told by an employee today that most of my leads came from ****** ads that they had placed. I called to cancel my subscriptions in November or December of 2021, which they make very difficult. I spent over $900 on their lead service and only got one actual lead for the category I signed up for. I was also told when I signed up that if I cancel my subscription they would refund the money in my account which isn't true and I would have not given them money if I had not been deceived.
